#ParsylPersonas: Meet Marika Garcia, Senior Product Manager

Tell us about your role and responsibilities.

"My job is to make it easier for customers to monitor their cold storage solutions and perishable shipments. On a given day I might be reviewing updated packaging on a hardware device, chatting with a customer halfway around the world about their experience using our products, or planning for releases with our technical teams.”
